Add the bell pepper strips and diced tomatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title text-left \" tabindex=\"1383\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\"><span>3.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix plus-tab-content\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"plus-content-editor\"><p><strong>Add rice and stock:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Add the rice to the pan and fry briefly so that it can absorb the flavours.<\/li><li>Add the hot stock and the soaked saffron threads (including the liquid). Mix everything well.<\/li><li>Reduce the heat and simmer the paella over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes. Do not stir any more \u2013 this is important so that the rice can stick to the bottom easily, and the typical \u201csocarrat\u201d crust can form.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title text-left \" tabindex=\"1384\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\"><span>4.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix plus-tab-content\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"plus-content-editor\"><p><strong>Add seafood and fish:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>After about 15 minutes, place the chicken pieces, Alaska pollock and seafood on top of the rice.
